Dr. Anderson was beat down by the industrialized system of healthcare and became depressed and later suicidal. He wanted something better! After starting his DPC practice he was happy again and wanted to create a place that healthcare workers could come to escape the crumbling healthcare system. He expanded his small practice and created KAYA HEALTH that focuses on providing a healthy and rewarding place for doctors and nurses. It has been a real blessing to those involved!
At KAYA HEALTH, we really try to practice what we preach. A couple of times a year Dr. Anderson will shut down the office and send everyone else on paid outing together while he covers alllll the phones!
We noticed a disparity in the Healthcare System; healthcare workers were asked and later forced to care for patients at the expense of their own mental and physical health. Dr. Anderson personally experienced this.
We work very hard to provide an environment that allows satisfaction and a job well done. We have worked over the last 5+ years to create a practice that is at the top of every aspect of a primary care office. We do this to take care of the doctors and the patients alike. We feel that it is a calling to help in this way.
