This is our mission at KAYA HEALTH. With burn-out being so prevalent for physicians we have worked to create a practice wherein we can take really good care of our patients and doctors.
We have worked really hard to create a haven for healers. Some of the demise of our healthcare system has occurred because there has been little care for the caregivers. We aim to change that! We have created a practice from the ground up to let doctors practice medicine the they want to. Each doctor will have her/his own patient panel. The practice is led by a fellow DPC doctor who puts people before profits.
We have long used the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model to care well for our patients. We have worked to further fine-tune that model to allow a structure in which those in healthcare can thrive. You get the best of both worlds: 1️⃣You will practice under a pure DPC model and 2️⃣will have the support of an establish practice (vacation coverage, shared medical knowledge, MUCH easier to build a patient panel, strong brand, great online reviews, etc)
